Return & Refund Policy

At Ndoto, we take the utmost care to pack your orders safely and ensure no damaged products are sent out. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to photography and lighting, and these are not considered defects.

Returns are accepted only for damaged products.

To claim a return, please share a clear uncut opening video of the package as proof.

Any claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds 

Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
