At Ndoto by Anju, we are committed to delivering your orders in a secure and timely manner.

1. Dispatch Timeline:

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.   
 

Please note: A package opening video is mandatory for any damage claims.

2. Courier Services:

We currently ship only within India, using the following courier partners:

DTDC Courier

Preferred for express delivery.  
 

Estimated delivery within 2 days inside Kerala.  
 

DTDC provides delivery only if your address is within 1 km of their branch.  
 

If your address falls outside this radius, the order must be collected from your nearest DTDC office.

India Post

Provides doorstep delivery.  
 

Estimated delivery within 4 days inside Kerala.

Recommended for customers who prefer home delivery over speed.

3. Tracking Information:

Tracking IDs will be provided for all shipments. 
 

Once dispatched, your tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us for assistance.

4. Failed Deliveries:

 Orders will be returned if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.

Re-delivery will be arranged only after the issue is resolved.
